Welcome to LeadHERalliance! This mentorship program is the beginning of a lifelong sisterhood. Our Mentees, Mentors and expert Hosts will share their stories and learn from one another.

Hosts will bring their expertise, knowledge and the skills which have guided them through their incredibly accomplished lives.
Mentors will bring their lifetime of experience, both the challenges and the victories.
Mentees will take a monumental step forward in their personal and professional lives, with the support of the women who have walked the path before them.

We are thrilled to invite you into our community of empowering women.

Join Us

LeadHERalliance is a 10-month female mentorship program that launched in May 2021.

This mentorship program will be comprised of monthly one-on-one meetings between Matches, as well as a monthly Zoominar or Webinar session covering a curated list of topics. These sessions will be facilitated by women who are experts in their fields, participating as LeadHERHosts.

The Participants:
Mentors: Professional women with diverse experience will lend their time and expertise to their Mentee.
Mentees: Young women seeking professional development and personal growth.

The Structure
- Each mentorship program will have up to a maximum of 24 participants, comprised of up to 12 Matches : a Mentor and a Mentee.
- Each Match will meet on a regular predetermined schedule (usually once per month), and following the course content, will have a monthly topic provided for discussion.
- Zoominar and webinar presentations will be offered monthly, based on course content. As well, there will be additional resources provided for more in-depth learning and discussion.
- The goal of the content for LeadHERalliance is to give the Mentor-Mentee Matches substantive content to encourage a fulsome discussion about important and relevant topics.
Application Process
- Mentees will be required to submit an application for a place in this program. Once accepted, she will complete an in-depth questionnaire to enable us to make the best Match and ensure everyone reaches their goals for this experience.
- Mentors will be recruited based on their experience, passion and commitment to the benefit of mentoring and empowering young women. Each will complete a Mentor Profile to ensure we make the best possible match.
- Both mentor and mentee will sign an understanding of engagement outlining the roles and responsibilities of each participant.

I have always been passionate about mentoring; I received immense benefits from my own mentors over my lifetime and also have been privileged to mentor many aspiring young people.

I am confident that a one-to-one mentorship program can have an outsized effect: women who are mentees will continue to apply what they have learned across their careers, creating a global Impact over time.

Let’s continue this momentum, and as women let’s mentor and lift up other women, helping them to grow, excel and advance more effectively. Mentorship can also, when done right, create an invaluable close-knit network for women, across all ages and industries.
